When designing a room, it may be simple to think of adding a sound system and a surround sound system to the television. However, what is one person wants to watch a movie while another wants to listen to a radio talk show? The room should be designed to incorporate both. The family should not need to separate to enjoy their own entertainment.
Today's home should be designed to bring the family together. This ay mean adding Bose headphones to the radio, partly to block out the sound of the movie, partly to preserve the quality of sound.
