Finishing a Room

I like to find the finishing touches first and then design a room around the focal points. After that I look for fabrics, textures, colors, and lighting to fit. I learned this from watching design shows and read magazines.

The home owner needs to start early. They need to create a plan based on their lives. The most expensive kitchen is worthless if it doesn't meet the home owner's needs. Say the homeowner loves wine. The kitchen should be designed around a wine rack.

But, the homeowner needs to look at all the different styles of wine racks. Does the homeowner need a wine rack that holds 110 bottles? Do they need a cabinet? Have they even taken a look at the amazing selection available.

A classic wine rack style will look lovely with a designer kitchen if they are both purchased to compliment each other, especially if there are 'accessories' such as wine display racks and glass displays. Maybe the home owner's experimentation will prove that nothing will work - they need a wine room like one shown at winerackstore
